Wow the price is really steep in our region (malaysia 4499RM body alone). In australia, it is priced at 1499AU and 1699AU respectively. Come on sony.. drop it to 1.6k body alone and you might have more customers :)

i would rather buy it online via us or aus sites.. can get less than 1.4k SGD

Nex 7 will most likely be out early next year sometime ard march/april.. you might want to upgrade to the 5n if time is a factor.
