Vision Color LUTS and Premier Pro CS6 problem

I purchased Vision-Color LUTS impulze but unable to install in Premier Pro CS6. It just doesn't appear in the interface despite multiple attempts to install it. I emailed Color Visions twice in the past 8 days now and there is no reply. Does anyone has similar experience on the installation for CS6?

I have tried the followings but it didn't work:
- Find various folders/ plugin folders and copied the file there
- I don't have Lumentri in CS6 so can't import 'LUTS' like Adobe CC does.
- Tried to install Red Giant Colorista and LUTbuddy. Colorista appears but not LUTBuddy.
