Scanning of 35mm film

Hi there. I would like to know if there are any good and reliable source for scanning of 35mm/med format film?
I remember some time ago there was such a person on these forums but I've lost his contact.

I get mine scanned at Kim Tian Colour. Pretty happy with the results
