I recommend haslina 90466949 but see to believe yourself as she is a full-time professional MUA. it largely depends on what kind of look you want as most of them specialise in certain events/looks. ie Yelena told me she does weddings and gothic look more often

price ranges from free to 400++ for half a day's shoot. some charge a flat rate per look, ok if you're only having one look for the session.
