How Do I Place An Order?

Payment and Shipping
Currently we only accept PayPal, bank transfer or cash payment upon delivery.
For bank transfer, please place an order on this website and then transfer to DBS savings plus: 020-1-060573. The items below $200 will be posted by SingPost normal mail in 2-3 working days after the pamyment is received. We will provice a photo proof of the mail package by email for Singpost normal mail but we will not be responsible for the loss of items by Singpost normal mail because there is no tracking info available. We will post by SingPost Registered mail for any orders above $200 dollars.
For self collection, we can only deliver to Jurong East MRT stations on weekday evening by appointment. For orders above $200, self collection may be arranged at citihall mrt at our convenient time.

Returns & Refunds
All products have 2 week warranty against manufacturor's defect. Items must be returned to Toh Guan Road 278 in original package within 2 week to get a full cash refund. To give any review or feedback of our products, please consider posting on our facebook page to win free gift from us.
