I am sending my m4 over to youxin ye now that mr tay is not doing any more lecia servicing...
anyone also planning to do CLA, we can share shipping.

I am keen in CLA some lens. Is his turn over faster than DAG?
He processes fast but you need to check if he services lenses. IIRC, he doesn't service all lenses.
To me youxin's quality is "controversial", many like him, many don't, there are many threads about youxin in RFF. I have bad experiences with youxin for my m3 and my friend's m7. My friend's m4 CLA was good. Maybe im just not lucky enough

But he will finish all outstanding repairs.he will keep his words.

That's the problem when we have to send overseas cause we will never now what happens over there.
And the fact is that we have someone excellent locally who could have done as good a job.

I heard about that incident but I'll keep the comments to myself :angel:
I think there shouldnt be any jumping of the gun & finger pointing at the moment unless both parties come out & shed light on both sides of their story.

doing a business always has its risks. some customers are just unappreciative (e.g. want cheap and demand fast). the other day was at steve's and we talked about the risk of repairing leica. repair costs is not expensive but the camera or lens is. one mistake might cost you dearly and dunno when can make back the money if need to compensate customer.
