Recently there was a thread that stirred some unhappiness with someone doing some card test as a promotional stunt.
It gave me a bad impression of www.flashcard-bestbuy.com.
But then 'fate' has it that my CF card failed me a few days ago. The friendly staff from Lucky Plaza of whom I bought the card from and assured me that if anything goes wrong they will be more than willing to do an exchange for me weren't so friendly when I called them up.
I was refused an exchange and was pushed to the supplier. READ: they wanted to have nothing to do with the issue.
Thus I contacted the supplier and I must say that I am impressed with the service I recieved. I went down to the office the next day and to my shock it was the office for www.flashcard-bestbuy.com.
I was given a 1 for 1 exchange after they scanned the card, no questions asked. As i bought the card a few months back, I didn't have my receipt with me but then they were kind enough to overlook that and just required me to sign some exchange documents for reference.
I liased with Jason of whom provided warm and excellent service.
No, I don't work for them. I just felt that they deserve a :thumbsup:
