The 1/3.2" 3.3Mp CMOS sensor and the DIGIC DVII image processor work together to provide crisp, beautiful high definition images each and every time you shoot. In addition, the SuperRange Optical stabilization ensures further protection from the unavoidable plagues of handshake and sway. In the absence of a viewfinder you compose and playback your images exclusively on the 2.7" Widescreen LCD display. Add an external microphone with the Mini Advanced Accessory Shoe and check remaining battery life and time courtesy of the Intelligent Lithium-ion battery. And, when you're ready to edit, the included Pixela ImageMixer 3SE Video Editing Software will guide you through the process.
