You can use just the Glidecam alone, or with the arm brace for more comfort on your arm, or with the full body harness like the Steadicam for better control. 3 different configurations for just $280!!! The whole set was almost $2000 brand new.

***Slight note, one of the original plastic clips on the body harness is broken. Can be easily replaced by getting another clip from army market. I have replaced a few other clips with stronger clips.
