My Arca Swiss B1 is well used but it is still in good and full operational working condition. No problem in handling big lens like Canon 300mm F2.8L lens. I use the B1 with Wimberley Sidekick for my Canon 500mm F4L IS with Canon 1DsMKIII with no issue at all.
