Bought in Jul 2013. Ballhead and tripod in very good condition.
Slight coating on the plate came off and rubber coming off the hook (shown in pictures below).
Come with manual, allen keys, box and warranty card. I still have the original receipt but the words on the receipt have faded. Can show buyer authenticity of the date of purchase on the credit card receipt.
