Hi,
It is a mint, actually brand new carbon fiber video monopod, or somebody called it stabilizer, so means it could be use as tripod steadily. However, also could be use for pictures shooting as its ballhead pre-installed near the feet. (Could use directly without having ballhead different with normal monopod; Ballhead can be locked bottom, then you could install your preferred one)
Found several friends use it for pictures shooting, not only video.
