This model provides the functionality to detach one of the legs to be used as a monopod, with the accessories included.
Depending on the height required, the centre column could be used with or without the long long extension, making the
tripod extra compact, while having the option to extend the height easily when needed.
This is a very capable portable system, appropriate for travel situations and had fit on the side pocket of most of the camera bags that I had owned.
