Bought this item back in end of 2013, less than 1 year old, mint working condition, been using it for about 3 times since then sleeping at home.
Sirui K20X ball head will be go as a package, very good ball head that steady the camera even in uneven surface.
The whole tripod and and ballhead can support quite heavy equipment compared to normal tripod that may causes blur in photos due to not so sturdy leg sections.
As I'm staying in Johor now, I would prefer to do COD at West area, and SMS for contact method.
