Description:
Letting go some manual Minolta cameras and lenses to those who would like to try film with these venerable but solidly built photographic equipment.
1. Minolta SRT 202 with MD Rokkor 45mm F2 Lens
This is the premium highest-end model of the SRT series, with hotshoe, DOF preview, memo holder and clear Matt-Fresnel-field focusing screen with split-image spot surrounded by microprism band, Film safe-load indicator and many other features. This is the later 1977-1980 model, not the earlier 1975-1977 model. For more information, you could refer to: http://www.rokkorfiles.com/SRT%20Series.htm#b202
Camera is totally mechanical in operation and has a working light meter. I have not shot with this camera yet because I bought an XD11 right after I got this, but everything seems to be working correctly as far as I can tell. Battery is included but its old and probably need changing. You might need to play around with exposure as the meter is originally powered by the currently-banned mercury battery. Alternative batteries are available but as said, you need to play around to find the best setting as the voltage of these batteries are different. Viewfinder is clear and fungus free but has some dust specks as is usual for such old cameras. Includes a MD Rokkor 45mm F2 lens in very good condition except for a dent on the filter ring.
Price: $160 or best offer
2. Minolta SRT 101 camera body
This is the lesser brother of the SRT 202 but is equally well-built. All mechanical operations appears to be working correctly but the light meter is not working. For metering, you could use an external handheld meter or just use the Sunny 16 rule. Camera body is in good condition with two minor dents at the left and right front corners. Viewfinder is clear and fungus free but has some dust specks as is usual for such old cameras. Includes body cap. For more info you could refer to: http://www.rokkorfiles.com/SRT%20Series.htm#a101
Price: $20 cheap cheap only
3. Minolta SR-1 camera body
Grandfather of all SRTs. This camera is not working as the mirror tends to get stuck during shutter release. For parts only or as a nice display piece in your Minolta manual camera collection.
Price: $5
4. Minolta 50mm MD Rokkor-X F1.7
The Minolta Rokkor lenses are well-regarded for their superb optical and build quality. This lens is from the most desirable early MD period where the coatings were more advanced and the body is still mainly made from metal. Later MD Rokkor lenses have more plastic in them. It is easy to obain sharp images and nice bokeh from this 50mm lens, and is great for portraits! This lens is in very good cosmetic and optical condition. Clear glass without blemishes of any sorts. Comes with front and rear caps.
Price: $100
5. Panagor Auto Macro Converter (For Minolta MC/MD lenses)
This is like new minty 2x macro converter that turns any Minolta manual lens into a macro lens. Able to reach 1:1 for 50mm lens and greater than 1:1 with shorter focal length lenses. Panagor is well-known for its macro lenses and great optics so you can be assured this is one fine piece of optics as well! Macro converter is in mint condition with hardly any signs of previous use. Perfect multicoated optics. You can use a glassless MC/MD->MA adapter to mount this onto your Sony Alpha and together with a Minolta manual lens, you would get a very nice macro lens! Comes with both front and rear caps and a nice drawstring leather pouch (not shown in pictures)
Price: $140
