Hi All,
Up for sale is my lightly used M Monochrom Silver Anniversary Limited Edition. Only 25 sets were made for this limited edition camera. More info about this set below:
"Due to the 25th anniversary of Nordisk Foto Import, we in collaboration with Leica have created a unique Leica camera, which will be sold exclusively in Denmark and Sweden.
We hereby introduce LEICA Monochrome Silver Anniversary Edition. A set that reflects Nordisk Foto Imports 25th anniversary as Leica agent and therefore are manufactured in the exclusive number of 25 sets. LEICA Monochrome Silver Anniversary Edition consists of a LEICA Monochrome camera, fabricated to the occasion in a silver version, but all specifications are identical to the black version. The camera is covered with unique Aztec beige leather and on the hot shoe is the name Monochrome replaced by a special serial number from 01/25 to 25/25."
I have only the MM for sale as I did not purchase the lens. This set is lightly used and less than 500 shots were taken with it. Will include a normal MM box with the unique presentation box as well for this set. All accessories will be included.
Reason for selling is because I still prefer the option of having colour and to convert to BW if needed. That said though, the DR of the MM is amazing and when paired with classical lenses are simply beautiful. Paired with the latest APO 50 Cron, you have a system that approaches the quality of MF cameras with amazing details. I wish I have the dough to buy another M240 to complement this MM but alas! I don't.
Price is negotiable for this beautiful and very limited set.
