Just in case people start asking me about the señor of my camera and such, my M9 was just inspected by Leica labs a few months ago because i was considering trading in. The sensor is absolutely FINE. With regards to sensor cracking, leica has mentioned to me that as long as you do not try to clean the sensor yourself they will change it for free as it is a know defect. However from test shots they can predict which ones are prone and which ones are not. Well my is not. The camera has always been in the dry box and i am selling it to buy the new MP 240. I hope that somebody can enjoy the cameras and would rather sell them together. Thank you to all the people who have been talking to me... Cheers

Apologies, the M( was both in May 2012 and unlike the 240 has only 2 years warranty. Everything else is the same. the X2 is still under warranty and both have been inspected by leica recently and not found to have any defect.
