Description:
Up for sale is an excellent copy of the Leica IIIc barnack camera. It has seen very little use in its 60 years of life, with only minor brassing on the trigger release and the tripod mount. There is a small depression on the top plate though.
The camera has been CLAed last year so operations are all smooth with no sticky shutter and all speeds are working accurately. Viewfinder is clear and rangefinder is very contrasty which allows hassle free picture making. The camera has been modified to feature a PC sync, so you can use flash as well. In addition, the vulcanite has been replaced with Aki-Asahi leather from Japan.
The price I am asking for may be abit steep, but do consider the cost I have spent restoring this great dame.
