So let me state all the reasons you should NOT buy X-Pro1:

- Don't buy this if you only care about image quality, get the cheaper X-E1, X-M.. , they do the same thing.
- Don't buy this if you want the smallest possible package, get the X100/s/t or X-E1/2 or X-M
- Don't buy this if you want light weight, it's heavier than most Fuji mirrorless bodies out there (those without optical viewfinder)
- Don't buy this if you only shoot like consumers (only look at the rear LCD), it's a waste of your money. Get the X-E1/2, X-M1 instead.
- Don't buy this if you are comparing X-pro1 and X100/s/t, get the freaking X100/s/t instead.
- Don't buy this as a primary camera to shoot your kids, get a DSLR instead. Mirrorless AF performance, despite having improved massively, cannot compare to DSLR yet.

Buy this if:
- you want Optical viewfinder, beside the 2.8k X-Pro2, you don't get that in any other Fuji interchangable lense bodies
- Leica-like build quality (way better than the other consumer grade one like X-E, XM) with better handling. More retro-looking camera. Yeah all the Fuji bodies are retro-looking but with the optical viewfinder, this looks the best IMHO.
- The LCD is still the nicest at 1.2 mn pixels, even more than the 1.0 mn pixels on the X-T1

Only contact me if you've made up your mind about getting a X-Pro1. I have 3 buyers pull-out at 600+ without even coming. So now I price it at 590, first come first serve.

I really hope my camera will go to someone who will really value it for being such a unique wonderfully camera, possibly the best for street and travel photography for those old school photographers who are used to the old way of shooting photos, via the optical viewfinder, and seeing the scene directly, not through a EVF, not having a scene blackout after every shot.

I got a soft spot for Leica M series and the Xpro is the closest in the market among all brands. And the Xpro1 is way better (in terms of speed, ISO performance, JPEG rendition ...etc) than the (still) very expensive M8 that I used earlier. The build quality is almost Leica-like and way better than the other consumer grade one like X-E, XM. It's also more retro-looking camera. Although all the Fuji bodies are retro-looking, with the optical viewfinder, this looks the best IMHO. It looks most like a true range finder.
