Description:
For sale is a very nice chrome screwmount (M39/LTM) Canon VT Deluxe rangefinder, with 'Leicavit' style trigger winder for rapid film advance.
Viewfinder switchable between 35 & 50 view, and magnified view for precise focusing.
Uses a traditional cloth shutter with shutter-speeds between 1-1/1000 sec. Swing-open film door for quick re-loading.

Camera is in very good condition and built like a tank. Was just CLA'ed by previous owner earlier in the year, with all mechanicals working perfectly. Shutter-speeds are accurate. Cosmetically it has a couple of scratches at the top plate, plus some spotted paint loss near the shutter button.

Bundling this camera with a Canon 50mm f1.4 lens, often dubbed the Japanese summilux. Glass is clean, no fungus or haze, except for fine cleaning marks at the front element. Doesn't affect pictures, which you can judge for yourself via my
flickr images. Aperture ring is snappy, no oil on blades, and focusing is smooth. Comes with generic lens cap.
