Selling stuff to clean my cabinet. For sale is IIF (body only).
This Canon IIF <EP> is a Leica screw mount copy from Canon. Canon IIF was made period 1953-1955. Speed from 1/500 to 1s.
To many people, this canon RF is easier to use than a Leica screw mount because the viewfinder and rangefinder is coupled. You dont need to focus in 1 window and frame in the other. Canon IIf also has "extra features" that Leica doesn't, its viewfinder can be magnified 1x and 1.5x (for 100mm or 135mm lenses or increase focus accuracy).
Condition: working condition, all speeds even the slow ones are correct as I sent to CLA before. The camera body has some light scratch on metal, some oxidized spot on the chrome. The leather cover is in very good condition. The viewfinder is similar to my Leica IIIC (brightness, contrasty).
