On sale is a Sekonic L308S. It has light user marks on the body and the screen. The LCD has spots as can be seen in the second picture.
The meter is accurate though, the meter reading being the same as my friend's Minolta light meter and my other Sekonic light meter.
Battery compartment is also clean.
Not for one who wants a cosmetically perfect unit, but it'll be a functional workhorse for the enthusiastic photographer.
