SOLD "AS IS" handful of batteries and charger - no Davinci, no external power, no original boxes. but this is a very nice little video camera, ideal as a B-Cam, the speedbooster effectively gives you a Super 35mm image and combined with a fast lens gets you an extra 1 2/3rds stop.
