Qns: No, it does not.

Ans: Is it the portable type?
Yes and No,
Yes it is very portable and extremely light (its like a umbrella, easy to keep and set up)
No it can't be used outdoor unless you have a power pack as it need electricity

Ans: Brand New?
No is a used set, have used it for 6 to 7 times indoor. Condition is 10
