This is posted with a heavy heart as this one hell of a russian lens is more than what words can describe. If there's one thing the russian factories did right, it has to be the jupiter 9.
Jupiter 9 is well known in the manual focus group to be a exceptional lens that gives results that are often surprising and pleasing. The bokeh is outstanding and its colour reproduction is smoothing to the eye, not to mention the low pricing as compared to other lenses in it's league.
This particular version was made in 1983 (s/n8300900). This version has an aperture preview ring. Focusing , aperture very smooth and steady. Some light user marks. Tested with a canon 350d for quite afew times, results can be found here: http://jacksonaw.wordpress.com/lenses/jupitar-9-852/
Comes with original front/rear caps in an original circular case. If BNP is reached, i'll throw in a M42 to canon EOS adapter with a canon rear cap!
