Carl Zeiss Jena M42, Tessar 50mm F2.8, 1Q Red-T 12-blade, Aluminum barrel.
Clean collectable German-made M42 lens between 1955~58, superb image colour reproduction and sharpness even at max aperture f2.8, no fungus no separation no haze no scratch on lens elements, working 12 blade aperture, smooth focusing, signs of previous maintenance job on screws on this old lens unit, comes with M42/E-mount adapter for Sony NEX series cameras. Can also fit on Canon Pentax Leica-M Nikon-1 Fujifilm Panasonic etc with proper adapters which can be purchased inexpensively online. Nikon DSLR will need a correctional lens built into adapter for focusing to infinity.
Reason for selling: upgrading to Leica-M series lenses
