Detailed Description:
Selling a very compact and lightweight, SMC Pentax M 35/2.8. Classic very well built metal M version, considered better built than the plastic AF ones.
No fungus, haze or scratches. A couple of spots on the lens elements, which have been there since I bought the lens – do not seem to affect image quality as I have not been able to get these to show up in my images (I’ve tried, you can try).
It's a very good quality lens, sharp wide open.
Smooth bokeh, sharp and lovely rendering.
Barrel is in excellent shape w/ some normal scuff marks around aperture and focussing ring. Aperture still snaps in place reassuringly.
Great for film or full frame cameras, otherwise still a nice walkabout lens on APS C. It can focus down to 30cm, great fun indoors or close distance shots.
49mm filter thread size. Front and rear lens caps included. Will include a Vivitar collapsible lens hood.
