Hi All,
Putting this legendary lens from Olympus for sale on behalf of a great friend. The Olympus OM-Zuiko 180mm f2.0 lens, one of the finest lens Olympus have ever made.
There are many reviews about this lens and all their conclusion is that this lens is superb.
"The ZUIKO MC 180mm f/2.0 ED-IF is a high-performance telephoto lens with every possible attempt to ensure it can rank at par if not better than the competitions. Other than an extra-ordinary maximum lens speed of f/2.0 to enable it to tackle low available light photography with finer grain film types and provide an excellent manipulation of DOF control; its ingenious optical design of 10 elements in 8 groups incorporates two important features, the first is the adoption of extra-low dispersion glass to ensure chromatic aberration be kept to an absolute minimum level which will provide superlative image quality with faithful color reproduction. In fact, with the inclusion of ED glass wares, such aberration was so well corrected that there is no need to incorporate an indication for the infrared index! The lens is cosmetically finished in an unusual gray-white, part of a design to ensure the lens elements within will not be affected by adverse heat in affecting the precision of placement of optical elements. Secondly, the lens uses an internal focus design which contributes greatly to its silky smooth operation while also ensuring there is no physical extension of helical focus. Such design also contributes greatly to the realization of one of the most compact and high-speed telephoto lens in this class."

This lens is in a rare minty condition with FULL BOX! The outer cardboard box and the inner metal carrying case are all in great condition. Full documentation included as well and the original carrying strap is unused. The lens is in minty condition with perfect glass. It is very very rare to find a set that have everything. Can easily be adapted onto your Leica SL, Sony A9, A7RII, etc.
