This is Made In Canada Leica Leitz lens. Lens focusing ring is buttery smooth. No scratches but have a ring on the edge as shown in the photo. It will NOT affect the IQ or image taken as shown in sample photo. Still sharp and smooth. Comes with original Leica front and rear caps.
