Bought from fellow CS member here few months back. The lens is able to provide AF confirmation on Nikon body.
It is out of warranty, comes with box, manual, and original lens hood.
Focus ring is smooth as butter and even rival the legendary Nikon 50 1.2 AIS lens.
Lens sharpess is superb, even when wide open, as long as you able to nail the focus.
Prefer to deal at Bedok MRT, or Hougang MRT, or any MRT in between.
