This lens is working perfectly with smooth zoom and focus. Glass is ok. Externally, there are some paint loss and brassing on the metal plate. lens cap is slightly loose and I've used gaffer tape to protect the hood and ensure the cap doesn't fall off. You can buy a new one at $20+ if you wish
