Description:
This is a very sharp macro lens in the Minolta AF lenses line-up, offering 1:1 reproduction ratio for close-up shots with a minimum focusing distance of 20cm. It will allow you to capture your subject in such fine details which is not possible using normal lenses. It can also be used as a standard 50mm lens for walk-abouts or portraits. Do note that this is the newer RS version (for re-styled) which has better coatings, a DOF preview button and a focus limiter.
This lens has been tested to be fully functional using a 24MP Sony full frame camera. It is in fairly good cosmetic condition. Glass is excellent, clean and clear with no scratches or fungus that I can see. Aperture blades are dry and snappy and focusing is smooth and spot-on. Lens comes with both front and rear lens caps.
This lens will works on all Minolta and Sony DSLRs / DSLTs natively and also NEX or the A7x with the LAEA-2/4 adaptor.
