Letting go one of the most coveted portrait lenses in the Minolta AF lens line-up. Its sharp corner to corner wide open and cutting sharp when stopped down a little. Images taken with this lens are contrasty and has the beautiful "Minolta Colors". It is also small and light, just a bit bigger than a 50mm prime lens - hence the nickname "Pocket Rocket".
This is also the early limited Crossed XX Maxxum version which has two overlapping XX. Lens is in good working and cosmetic condition, with some minor use marks on the external body. Glass is bright, clean and clear with no fungus or haze. Other than a small and light wipe mark on the front glass which has no impact to images, there are no other blemish on the glass. Aperture blades are dry and snappy and focusing is smooth and spot-on. Lens comes with build-in lens hood, front and rear lens caps.
This lens can be used on any Sony/Minolta A-mount DSLR or DSLT. It can also be used on E-mount cameras (NEX, A7) using either LA-EA2/4 or a dumb adapter with no electronics.
