Detailed Description:
Looking to sell an excellent condition (for its age) Summitar 50mm f2 pre-WW2 (1938).
The lens is un-coated with perfect optics. There is no scratch or fungus.
It was serviced last year by Youxin Ye. Proof of service will be provided.
Rendering is beautiful, sharp in the center from f2, perfect for portrait.
Including hard-to-find yellow filter and barn-door hood in pictures. Correct front cap. No rear cap. Novoflex adapter is not included.
There is some minor play in the focus near minimum distance. It was noted by YY. Otherwise it's almost perfect for an 83 years old lens.
