This lens is in very good, used condition. However, being used, it also shows some visual wear such as a few minor surface scratches, scuff marks and paint chips on the barrel high-spots.
The lens is fully functional. The front is perfectly round and filters screw in with little resistance. The paint finish is jet black and shows very little dulling. The paint filled, etched numbers on the barrel are clear and bright. The focus movement is smooth, tight and precise. It is of an all-metal construction and reassuringly sturdy in use. The diaphragm is oil free and moves freely (as it should on this manual lens model). The coated glass elements are not scratched, nor hazed. No fungus is present. There are are no dust spots present inside the lens group that I can see with my naked eyes.
This sale includes the lens, a back lens cover and an Asahi Pentax front lens cap for only S$170.
If you would like to have a M42 to Canon eos adaper with a canon rear cap, its only S$200 for the whole set.
