Over half century later it's still relevant in this digital age, you can find adapters for M, Fuji X, 4/3, M4/3, Sony E (should be awesome on A7!) - those are what I know of but there should be more out there.
Good clean optics, with faint dust, most importantly no fungus, no haze, no scratched, no oily blades with smooth well dampened focusing ring. Still in very good looking condition.
In those days the Zeiss weren't as over-sized - smaller than one of the most compact modern 85mm from Sony
