You might've heard of this amazing portrait lens created by Zenit in Russia with Lomography.
The Petzval lens was originally conceived in 1840, this is the reinvention of a timeless classic for the 21st century. Pictures shot with the Petzval are characterised by their sharpness and crispness in the centre, strong colour, saturation, wonderful swirly bokeh effect, artful vignettes and narrow depth of field.
I was one of the first few kickstarted backers for this lens when it was conceived. It is right now one of the most successful kickstarted design projects ever backed and the demands for this lens is bursting through the roof all over the world.
The only way for you to get your hands on one of these is to PRE-ORDER through Lomography @ $899. The earliest delivery date is in August 2014, so that is at least a month's wait.
