Want to sell a very good condition EF 500mm f4L IS USM Super-telephoto lens. Pls take note that this is the Mark I version! Used sparingly for birding and mostly kept in the dry cabinet now as I don't shoot birds that often as before. Extremely sharp copy and works very well with 1.4x TC. I am the first owner of this lens.
Comes with all accessories as when purchased. (i.e original Canon hard carry case, hood, front and rear caps. In addition it is protected by Lenscoat neoprene camo cover (Realtree Advantage Max4 HD). I will also include the Wimberley P40 lens plate for mounting on gimbal mounts or Arca-Swiss mount style ballheads.

Conservatively rated at 8.5/10. Glass is mostly clean, but with a few bits of dust (common w/ any lens, does NOT affect optical performance in any way) Slight paint wear on the rim of the front of the lens (normal wear due to mounting/unmounting of lens hood). Otherwise the rest of lens is in perfect condition (no scratches etc.)
