Reason for the low price is because the auto-focus on it is not working. focuses fine at full wide, but when zoomed in, it hunts around like crazy.

Savings of $250 off the price. U can use it to service the item if u so wish. else it works fine in manual.

I have no idea what's wrong with it. i'm too lazy to send it to canon to service. Sold as is. No receipt. so warranty-less....
