Just not to waste anybody's time, the flash received a hard knock from my previous 4MP 1D MK1 with RRS L-plate when I chuck the cam into the bag. (BTW I am letting go of the L-Plate at only $100). So the cover now need to be taped....I did not glue it as that would be permanent (and prob not noticed by buyer), in case parts need to be serviced. The flash works fine as far as I know.
