I think this CPL is quite ok. However, my only lens that uses 77mm is my Sigma 10-20mm, and at 10mm when photographing the sky, polarization is too uneven, causing very unevenly toned skies.
If your lens isn't very wide angle or you don't usually shoot skies, this might be the cheapest 77mm CPL ever!
