Due to the repeated requests, then, I've decided to create a 2nd post for the more budget-conscious.
Now, price is $1250. FIXED, no trades. $1225 if you can come to my house (Changi) before Sunday. Every cent counts for me as I'm a broke NSF.
SC 20-30k estimated. Might be lower, not sure.
Body has some paint peeling, but condition is around an 8. All functions working very well. Small bit of rubber peeled off some time back and fixed with camera glue. Does not affect operation.
