Why $50?
This is a fully functional K10D, only that in 2007 while I was covering an event, I took a fall together with the camera with the 540fgz flash attached. After impact I thought that the flash would be broken at the base, but to my (very sad) surprise, it was the flash mount on the body itself that broke off, leaving a hole in the body on top, with all the connections to the hotshoe broken apart. Immediately after the event I epoxied the separate parts together and could that it still works fine, except there's no inbuilt flash and not hotshoe function anymore.
I've been using it as a second body( my primary body was reverted back to my *istD and in 2012 my K5) when situations require me to use to lenses quickly. Now I just got a K5ii as my primary so my K5 is now my secondary. I have no use for my K10d. It has followed me for 7years, since 2007, when it first came out and costed 1.3k new body only.
Bought in 2007, broke it in a few months, used it without flash for the rest of its 7plus years.
Its still works fine. With original charger and battery, and spare third party batt. The rubber eyepiece is missing. Shutter count, I couldn't be bothered to check. The overall condition is still good, no other dents or cracks other than the flash hot shoe area.
