3) 2 lens hood, lens cap for front and rear of lens
4) 1 Olympus BLM-1 battery
5) 1 Olympus BCM-2 battery charger

9) Original box for the camera
10) Screen protector for the camera's LCD display
The camera is still very new (purchased on 31 Mar 2007 with receipt to prove) with no observable scratches or damages.
Shuttle count is about 4000 (as viewed from firmware).
