To answer some queries :

(1) The package comes with 2 batteries BUT no CF card (as I want to retain it for my Canon 50D)
(2) Shutter count if I read it rightly is 1290 (by opening the CF card cover, press menu, press the directional arrows -up,down,left,right then press shutter release once and press right arrow)... it is shown in page 2 of the menu.
(3) I may not be able to locate the box... but will try.
(4) No filter for the 2 lenses (but if you want them I will let go at $20 for the two) Brands are Hoya and Tokina.
