I have a D90 with MBD-80 and AF-S 12-24 like to trade with your D700 body only with top up from me up to $400 depending on your condition.
D90 is my spare body with low shutter count below 3k and LCDs protected by martin field. My wide angle comes with hoya slim filter. Both are more than a year old. Condition is rated at 10.

I prefer to sell as a set. Except the lens, everything else comes with box and FULL accessories.
ps - the crumpler strap is not included and I'll remove the gaffer tape for you to inspect
