It has served me well in the past few years and still running strong. Has user marks here and there but doesn't affect the performance.
Sensor got dust, visible when you shoot at small aperture. But not visible at all when shoot at 2.8 - 4.5.
It comes with:
1 x Phottix batt (can last for 7-800 shots without flash)
1 x original charger
and
1 x Phottix grip
