No dust and oil issue so far for my D600. Anyway, heard that Nikon offers free sensor cleaning for life and change of shutter mechanism for free, so this could be an advantage compared to D610.
All lens are clean, filter protected, no scratches, and kept in dry cabinet when not in use.
Reason for sale: Change to mirrorless system. Holding a DSLR could not inspire me to shoot anymore.
