WHY AM I SELLING:
I'm sad to say good-bye to my beloved Nikon D300 DSLR. I got
it brand new in the US back in Aug of 2008 (I'm from California).
After over 4 years of ownership (I'm its only owner, there are
less than 30,000 actuations. I've finally decided to upgrade to
the FX format, so I want to find a new owner who will enjoy the
solid body and features of the D300 as much as I did.
CONDITION:
Just the usual small wear and tear from NORMAL usage. I never
dropped my camera. I always kept the LCD cover on. The lens filter
was put on and kept on the lens from the beginning and never removed.
I was very careful with the camera, because the body alone cost me
over S$2K! As mentioned above, it has less than 30,000 actuations
(around 26.5K since I flashed the firmware less than 3 months after
purchase). I just got the sensor professionally cleaned last month
at the official Nikon service center by a Nikon service technician.
NOTE:
I do have the D300 box and original yellow D300 strap somewhere.
I think it's back in the US. I'll look for them when I go back
next week. I leave for the US this Friday afternoon (Mar 22). If
no one buys this system, I'll bring it back to the US to try my
luck, but you should still contact me if you're interested. I'll
be back in Singapore the first week of April.
