Background:
My partner is a Singapore citizen who recently has gone back to Singapore to pursue her phD. I'm an Australian. As a parting gift, I gave her a 5D, 24-105L, 50mm f/1.4 and 430EXI.
However, with her studies, she has little time to delve into the world of photography and the gear has been sitting idly by for the past two months. So it's time to sell! We had initially thought of sending it back to me but that proved to be too expensive and troublesome.
I have never sold or bought from CS. But I trade extensively here in Sydney. And I run my own photography business. You will be inspecting and picking up from my partner locally in Singapore and paying cash in person. No DD, no paypal, and no posting required. I just want to be upfront.
The 5D is in good condition. I do not know the shutter count. It is not under any warranty. I have placed a conservative rating of '7' as per the CS guidelines. I am asking for $1300 for the 5D. This is negotiable as long as you are a serious buyer.
There is also a 24-105L. Excellent condition. Includes front and rear caps. And genuine hood. No scratch, dints, marks or fungi on internal/external glass elements. I am asking for $1200 for the 24-105L. Like the 5D, this price is negotiable.
The EF 50mm f/1.4 is also in excellent condition. Smooth aperture blades. No fungi. Don't think there is a hood but I could be wrong. Includes front and rear caps of course. I am asking for $500 for the 50 1.4.
A simple 430EXI is also for sale. Unknown age. And I'm pretty sure she hasn't used it ever. No case. No stand. I am asking for $230 for the flash.
